Teen Program
There is not current teen program operating. Please let us know if you are interested in this offering.
Adult Program
A social and recreational program for individuals with mental illness, disabilities, or addictions.
Ages 18 and older.
Complete an application and release forms
Pay $1.00 annual membership fee due at initial registration, then every 12 months.
Attend any activities and outings that you choose!
Holland Support Groups
The Momentum Center offers a variety of support groups and training that are free, confidential, and open to the community.
Mental Illness Recovery Support Group - On Hold
Recovery is the key to mental wellness. The recovery group is a safe space to discuss mental illness symptoms, challenges and experiences while shifting the focus to wellness and recovery. Providing information on trauma, advocating for oneself within the mental health system and learning to balance everyday life are a few ways to explore the possibility of recovery; living to live again!
