Stillness: Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, using breathwork, body scans, and visualization to promote deep relaxation, healing, and emotional balance.

Stillness: Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple, calming practice that involves gently tapping on specific points while repeating positive phrases. It can help reduce stress, release negative thoughts, and support overall well-being—anytime, anywhere.

Stillness: Reflexology

Reflexology uses gentle pressure on specific points of the feet to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing. It’s a calming, holistic practice that helps reduce stress and restore balance.

Stillness: Sound Bath / Gong Bath

A sound bath is a relaxing experience where soothing vibrations from instruments like gongs and singing bowls help calm the mind and body. Just lie back and let the sound guide you into a peaceful, meditative state.

Stillness: Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture uses gentle stimulation of points on the ear—often with fine needles or ear seeds—to support relaxation, pain relief, and emotional balance. It’s a calming, non-invasive way to help the body restore and heal. You will lie quietly in a group setting for 35-45 minutes, allowing the treatment to take effect. Sponsored by Child Advocacy Center of Ottawa County.
